In diesem Kurs liegt der Fokus auf den Heels Dance Basics, dem erlernen der

Technik, fundamentalen Moves sowie dem erlernen einer Choreographie. Wir

starten den Kurs mit einem Warm-Up. Danach tanzen wir unterschiedliche

fundamentale Combos.⁠

Heels beginner class is an ideal start for everyone. No pre-knowledge is

required. You are very welcome to join, no matter if you already have pre-

knowledge or you would like to try it out for the first time. It is possible to jo

in the class also without heels dance shoes. Please bring your training outfit

and knee pads. Please also bring a bottle of water.⁠

In this class the focus is on the heels dance basics, learning the technique and

fundamental moves as well as a choreography. We start with a warm-up.

Afterwards, we learn and dance various fundamental combos with focus o

n learning the technique and improving our moves. Finally, we learn a

choreography and dance it together. This class is also a build-up for the High

Heels intermediate class.
